Q. Why are so many things sold out in your online store?
Q: Can you customize my item / do you take commissions / can you make larger wood art?
A: Please use the contact form (or send a message on Instagram!) to get in touch. The size of our project backlog and our time available for custom projects varies from month to month, but we are happy to talk to you about what you have in mind :)
Q. How long does it take you to ship?
A: Please allow up to one week for your order to ship. We usually ship faster than that, but at times we may get busy.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. To keep cost down, we ship with USPS standard service. When your order ships, we provide a tracking number with a delivery estimate.
Q. Do you offer rush shipping?
A: We don't -- however if you need your order to ship or arrive by a certain date, please contact us and we will see what we can do to prioritize.
Q. I'm in the Bay Area. Can I pick up in person?
A: We don't offer local pickup, however, you could visit our booth at our next event. Please see our Instagram for up to date event information. Feel free to contact us ahead of time to reserve your items.
Q: Will I get exactly the same item that is shown in the picture?
A: No -- items will vary slightly in appearance. For example, each print is slightly different and wood grain also varies from piece to piece. This is the beauty of handcrafted items and natural materials. If you have a very specific aesthetic need or simply some questions about this, feel free to contact us via the contact form and we will try to help you out.
