Q: How long does it take you to ship?

We aim to ship out your order within one week but often faster than that. One notable exception are our cat houses, as those are complex builds made to order. Information about expected ETA for cat houses is listed on the product page.


Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

To keep cost down, we ship with the most economical option (usually USPS or UPS ground service) which can take 4-8 business days within the US. When your order ships, we will provide a tracking number with a delivery estimate.


Q: Do you offer rush shipping?

We don't -- however if you need your order to ship or arrive by a certain date, please contact us and we will see what we can do to prioritize.


Q: Do you accept returns?

We do within 30 days of delivery, but the buyer will have to pay for shipping (shipping cost will be deducted from the refund). In general if you are unhappy with your order, please get in touch and we will do what we can to make things right.


Q: I'm in the Bay Area. Can I pick up in person?

Yes, we offer local pickup on most items. Pickup is in San Francisco. If you check out with the "Customer Pickup" option, we will get in touch via email to discuss the details of your pick up.


Q: Will I get exactly the same item that is shown in the picture?

No -- items will vary slightly in appearance. For example, each print is slightly different and wood grain also varies from piece to piece. This is the beauty of handcrafted items and natural materials. If you have a very specific aesthetic need or simply some questions about this, feel free to contact us via the contact form and we will try to help you out.
