Q. How long does it take you to ship?
A: Please allow up to one week for your order to ship.Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. To keep cost down, we usually ship with USPS ground service which can take 4-5 business days within the US. When your order ships, we provide a tracking number with a delivery estimate.
Q. Do you offer rush shipping?
A: We don't -- however if you need your order to ship or arrive by a certain date, please contact us and we will see what we can do to prioritize.
Q. Do you accept returns?
A: We don't accept returns. All sales are final.
Q. I'm in the Bay Area. Can I pick up in person?
A: Yes, we offer local pickup on most items. Pickup is in San Francisco. If you check out with the "Customer Pickup" option, we will get in touch via email to discuss the details of your pick up.
Q: Will I get exactly the same item that is shown in the picture?
A: No -- items will vary slightly in appearance. For example, each print is slightly different and wood grain also varies from piece to piece. This is the beauty of handcrafted items and natural materials.
